Job Summary
Trimurti Polychem is looking for a responsible and hardworking Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory handling, and material management. The candidate should have basic knowledge of store procedures, stock handling, and computer usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage store inventory, including raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials
- Keep accurate records of stock inward and outward movements
- Perform regular stock verification and assist in stock audits
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments
- Maintain proper documentation of all store transactions (GRN, invoices, challans, etc.)
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area
- Handle material dispatch and inward processes efficiently
- Support monthly stock taking and bill accounting activities
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management
- Minimum computer knowledge (MS Excel / basic ERP entry preferred)
- Ability to maintain records and documentation
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Qualification
- No specific formal qualification required
- Prior experience in store handling will be an advantage
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 12 hours per day
- Working Days: 26 days per month
- Weekly Off: As per company policy
- No holidays on Saturday and Monday
- No leave permitted between 25th of each month to 5th of the succeeding month due to stock taking and bill accounting activities
Compensation
- Salary: [To be discussed / based on experience]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
