- Role Title: HR Generalist / Human Resources Executive
- Location: Ernakulam
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Expected Salary: ₹25,000+ per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Experience Required: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR operations
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Retail Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, including in-store Fashion Consultants, Sales Executives, Store Managers, and Cluster Managers, alongside corporate and logistics staff.
- Manage high-volume hiring pipelines, especially ahead of peak wedding and festival seasons.
- Partner with local placement cells, job portals, and agencies to quickly close open roles.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new corporate hires and retail floor staff across all hubs.
- Draft and issue official documentation, such as offer letters, appointment orders, and confirmation letters.
- Manage employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating full-and-final (FFF) settlements.
3. Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management
- Oversee and verify attendance and shift rosters for retail showrooms, where employees work flexible hours and weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure precise monthly payroll processing, including managing deductions, incentives, and leave balances.
4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Design and execute performance appraisal cycles and coordinate incentive tracking programs for sales personnel.
- Maintain a healthy, collaborative, and motivating work culture by addressing employee grievances and managing conflict resolution between store teams.
5. Compliance & HR Administration
- Keep employee digital databases and physical personnel files accurate and up to date.
- Assist management in implementing workplace policies that align with standard retail operational guidelines.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA in HR, Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM), or a related Bachelor’s degree with specialized HR credentials.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
