Job Summary
Responsible for handling daily factory work, supervising workers, managing production, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations
- Manage production work and targets
- Check machine performance and maintenance
- Maintain product quality standards
- Handle workers and shift duties
- Monitor raw material and finished stock
- Follow safety and company rules
- Reduce production delays and wastage
- Prepare daily production reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Train workers on factory procedures
- Solve production floor issues
Required Skills
- Leadership and team handling
- Quality control knowledge
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience in factory operations preferred
Experience
- 3–8 years in manufacturing or factory work
- Supervisory experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Shift duty may be required
- Long hours of floor supervision

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
