Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: Sec-68, Gurugram (Healic Hospital)
Job Summary:
Healic Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors during medical procedures and surgeries. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and ensuring proper nursing care while maintaining hospital standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and surgeries when required.
- Prepare patients for operations, examinations, and treatments.
- Maintain proper patient records, reports, and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols in the ward and OT.
- Handle medical equipment and ensure it is clean, sterilized, and ready for use.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with doctors, OT technicians, and other hospital staff for smooth patient care.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and hospital protocols.
Qualification:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute.
- Valid nursing registration preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setup preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
