Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Class 11 and 12 Accountancy according to the CBSE curriculum.
- Explain accounting concepts such as:
- Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance
- Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Depreciation
- Partnership Accounts
- Company Accounts
- Financial Statements
- Deliver conceptual and exam-oriented lectures.
- Use practical examples to make accounting easy to understand.
2. Academic Planning
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice sheets.
- Design weekly tests, mock tests, and board exam preparation papers.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide feedback to students.
- Track student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
3. Student Mentoring
- Solve students' doubts during and after classes.
- Guide students in board exam preparation and time management.
- Motivate students to maintain consistent academic performance.
4. Study Material Development
- Prepare notes, worksheets, and question banks based on CBSE pattern.
- Contribute to development of test papers and mock exams.
- Update content as per latest CBSE exam pattern and syllabus changes.
5. Parent & Academic Coordination
- Participate in parent meetings when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning.
- Maintain attendance and academic records of students.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- B.Ed (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Class 11 & 12 Accountancy
Required Skills
- Excellent concept clarity in Accountancy
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Ability to make complex topics easy for students
- Good board exam preparation strategies
- Classroom management skills
Experience
- 1–3 years teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience teaching CBSE board students
- Ability to prepare board-level and competency-based questions
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools / smart boards
Salary
- Based on experience and teaching demo performance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
Work Location: In person
