Job Summary
DCM Test Labs LLP is hiring an experienced and target-driven Area Sales Manager to manage government department visits, contractor coordination, and sales operations in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to Government departments
- Coordination with contractors and project stakeholders
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Market development and business expansion
- Reporting and sales planning
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Field Marketing
- Experience in handling Government clients preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel (22–25 days/month touring)
Compensation:
Salary: As per industry standards + performance incentives
