Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Architect to join our team. The role involves working on a diverse portfolio of Government and Commercial projects, leading design and documentation activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop architectural solutions for Government and Commercial projects.
* Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs/BOPs, project documentation, and technical specifications.
* Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, designers, and drafting teams.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
* Monitor project progress, quality standards, and project timelines.
* Conduct site visits as required to review construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to approved designs.
* Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and coordination discussions.
* Support project approvals, documentation management, and execution processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
* Experience working on Government and Commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.
* Proven experience in team handling and project coordination.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant architectural software.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
