Role Summary
We are seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate to support enterprise sales for core infrastructure solutions. The role will involve designing and presenting solutions leveraging platforms such as Zebra , PeopleLink , and Versa , along with associated infrastructure hardware.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end solutions using:
- Zebra devices (barcode scanners, RFID, mobility solutions)
- PeopleLink video conferencing & AV solutions
- Versa SD-WAN / SASE platforms
- Build integrated architectures combining hardware, networking, and collaboration tools
- Develop HLDs (High-Level Designs) and LLDs (Low-Level Designs)
2. Pre-Sales Engagement
- Work closely with sales and product teams during client engagements
- Understand customer business requirements and map to technical solutions
- Conduct product demos, PoCs, and technical workshops
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical proposals
3. Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of:
- SD-WAN, SASE (especially Versa)
- Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching)
- Collaboration technologies (VC systems, AV integration)
- Endpoint & mobility hardware (Zebra devices)
- Ability to integrate hardware with cloud and on-prem environments
4. Stakeholder Management
- Interface with OEMs (Zebra, PeopleLink, Versa, etc.) for solution validation
- Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams for smooth transition
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
5. Commercial & Proposal Support
- Support solution costing, BOM preparation, and pricing strategy
- Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT
- 4–6 years in Pre-Sales / Solution Architecture roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Versa SD-WAN / SASE
- AV & VC solutions for PeopleLink
- Mobility / scanning devices (Zebra or equivalent)
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Experience in enterprise or large deal environments
Preferred Certifications
- Versa Certified Professional (VCP-SASE or equivalent)
- Cisco / Networking certifications (CCNP/CCIE preferred)
- AV / Collaboration certifications
