We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities CCS/WACS Integration Designer/Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B/CCS) and Work & Asset Cloud Service (WACS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities applications, integration frameworks, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and utility domain business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B, WACS, and external enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Perform interface mapping, data transformation, orchestration, and message processing.
Configure and customize Oracle Utilities applications as per business requirements.
Work on inbound/outbound interfaces, batch integrations, service scripts, business services, and algorithms.
Analyze business requirements and prepare technical design documents and integration specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production migration activities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B and WACS.
Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle SOA Suite.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, APIs, XML, XSD, XSLT, JMS, and MQ.
Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database.
Good understanding of Oracle Utilities data model and utility business processes.
Knowledge of batch processing, interfaces, and message queues.
Experience in integrating Oracle Utilities applications with ERP, GIS, MDM, and external systems.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cloud integrations and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M/MDM integrations.
Familiarity with OCI deployment and DevOps pipelines.
Oracle Utilities certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience in Electricity, Water, or Gas utility domains
