We are seeking a Content Management Specialist to support the creation, maintenance, and governance of digital content across platforms and channels. In this role, you will help ensure content is accurate, current, well-structured, and aligned to business and brand standards. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in content operations, publishing workflows, and stakeholder coordination.

As a Specialist, Content Management on the Content Management team, you will be responsible for…
- Managing the publishing, updating, and retirement of digital content across approved platforms
- Reviewing content for formatting, metadata, taxonomy, link integrity, and adherence to publishing standards
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gather content requirements, clarify updates, and support timely delivery
- Monitoring content inventories and identifying items that require revision, archival, or governance action
- Supporting content migration, quality assurance, and workflow documentation for ongoing operations
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in content management, digital publishing, or content operations
- 2+ years of experience using a content management system
- Experience maintaining content metadata, taxonomy, and page formatting standards
- Experience performing content quality assurance, including link checks and publishing reviews
- Experience coordinating with business stakeholders to manage content updates and approvals
Preferred:
- Experience supporting content migration or platform transition activities
- Experience documenting publishing workflows, standards, or governance processes
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Experience working with digital analytics, search optimization, or content performance reporting
