Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to business process management.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of failures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring quick adaptation and effective communication.
- Understanding of software lifecycle and support methodologies to maintain application health.
