Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and schedule.
- Monitor machine operations, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.
- Maintain product quality standards and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Reduce production downtime and control material wastage.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Train and guide production operators and workers.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and shift management of production staff.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity enhancement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
