Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled and proactive Developer to join our technology team. The role involves software development, cybersecurity implementation, automation enhancement, and deployment management. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to build, maintain, and improve company platforms, websites, and AI-enabled tools while ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Software Development & Automation
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and software applications.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Ensure systems and applications follow cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor platform security and address vulnerabilities proactively.
- Support compliance initiatives and maintain secure development standards.
- Implement security patches and updates as required.
AI-Enabled Tools & Innovation
- Assist in implementing and integrating AI-enabled tools and technologies.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
Website & System Management
- Manage, monitor, and maintain company websites and internal systems.
- Ensure high availability, uptime, and performance optimization of all platforms.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and deployments.
Deployment & Platform Operations
- Deploy software updates, patches, and new features across environments.
- Monitor application performance and ensure smooth production operations.
- Coordinate release schedules and deployment activities with relevant stakeholders.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
- Interact with customers to understand technical requirements and provide support.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer-facing issues and maintain service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software development and system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, scripting, and automation tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
- Experience with website management, deployments, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
