We are seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists (Speech, Occupational, and ABA) to join us. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering individualized therapy programs to support children with developmental, communication, sensory, and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments relevant to your specialization (speech, occupational, or behavioral)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate session notes, data, and progress reports
- Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans accordingly
- Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home programs and strategies
- Use evidence-based practices and therapy techniques
- Ensure a child-friendly, safe, and engaging therapy environment
