We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in product design, manufacturing, and production engineering. The successful candidate will support engineering projects, prepare technical drawings, assist in process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Support product design, development, and engineering change activities.
- Assist in production planning and manufacturing process improvements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Perform other engineering tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
