Job Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Representative to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Maintain professional and polite communication
- Track and manage customer requests and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
