About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and growth-oriented Client Servicing Manager who can build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute actively to the growth of the company.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an advertising or creative agency and must be comfortable managing clients, coordinating with internal teams, and taking complete ownership of projects from briefing to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and communication challenges.
- Translate client briefs into clear and actionable tasks for creative, strategy, media, digital, and production teams.
- Manage projects from initial briefing through execution, delivery, and closure.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Handle client feedback, expectations, escalations, and negotiations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Develop a strong professional network and actively contribute to generating new business opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, estimates, project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Work closely with internal teams and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Motivate team members, encourage collaboration, and create a positive working environment.
- Take ownership of challenging situations and provide practical, solution-oriented responses.
- Maintain patience, professionalism, and clarity while managing demanding timelines and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or business development within an advertising, creative, digital, media, or branding agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising agency processes and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine hunger to grow the company and its client portfolio.
- Ability to take ownership, handle pressure, and manage challenging client situations.
- Patient, organised, dependable, and solution-driven approach.
- Strong team-player mindset with the ability to motivate and coordinate people.
- Good understanding of creative communication, branding, digital marketing, media, and production processes will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Special preference will be given to candidates who have handled or serviced:
- Government departments
- Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Government tenders or empanelment-based accounts
- Large institutional or corporate clients

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
