We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 years of experience to support various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee-related matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and shift records.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS data.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR functions.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
