Job Description:
SFS School, Narengi is seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator to serve as PGT – Economics. The role requires strong subject expertise and the ability to teach economic concepts with clarity and depth, enabling students to develop analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and a practical understanding of economic systems.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Economics (mandatory)
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Economics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes.
- Develop lesson plans, case studies, teaching aids, and assessments tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Promote conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and application of economic theories to real-world situations.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and board examination readiness.
- Provide academic support and mentoring to students requiring additional guidance.
- Facilitate discussions, projects, and activities related to current economic issues, data interpretation, and policy analysis.
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to report card preparation.
- Create a classroom environment that encourages inquiry, analysis, and intellectual curiosity.
- Actively participate in school events, academic meetings, and professional development programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary teaching and curriculum enrichment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic concerns.

Salary:
Up to ₹35,000 CTC / Month
