Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys software testing while also coordinating with teams, understanding business requirements, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational execution.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple responsibilities including Quality Assurance, Requirement Analysis, Team Coordination, Client Communication, and Operational Tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and validation plans
- Identify, document, reproduce, and track software defects
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing after deployments
- Conduct database and API validation when required
- Ensure product quality and minimal production defects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in QA.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC
- Experience with manual/Automation testing and defect management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or project tracking tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up proactively
- Strong documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related Engineering fields
- BCA / MCA from a recognized university
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to API testing and SQL/database validation
- Prior experience in client communication or requirement gathering
- Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, fintech, or enterprise applications is a plus
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Candidates with strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development/testing lifecycle.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
