Role Overview
As a Quality & Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring every product meets Mattic's quality standards while achieving daily production targets. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to improve productivity without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and allocate work efficiently.
- Ensure all boxes meet approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor production output and achieve daily production targets.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
- Train and guide operators on correct production methods.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Planning, and Dispatch teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Report daily production, quality issues, and manpower status.
