About the Role
Vision Motors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead and oversee all bodyshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repair standards, customer satisfaction, and profitability of the bodyshop department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bodyshop operations, including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
- Conduct regular review meetings with service advisors, technicians, painters, and support staff.
- Ensure proper job allocation and monitor workshop workflow to achieve timely vehicle delivery.
- Oversee vehicle damage assessment, repair estimation, and approval processes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for surveys, approvals, claim processing, and settlements.
- Ensure high-quality repair standards to minimize repeat repairs and customer complaints.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations related to accident repairs and insurance claims.
- Monitor bodyshop performance, including revenue, labour sales, paint material consumption, and overall profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Drive team productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in bodyshop operations or automotive service management.
- Minimum Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of accident repair processes, insurance claim procedures, and bodyshop operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage teams, achieve targets, and maintain service quality standards.
