Each clinic is supported by trained staff and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. MedoPlus is a recipient of FICCI Healthcare Excellence Award 2024, Sankalp Award 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation Award 2023. The organization aims to scale to 100 clinics across India in the next 3 years.
Job Summary
The Accounts & Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of MedoPlus clinics, including cash reconciliation, stock audits, vendor management, clinic administration, and profitability monitoring. The role will ensure financial discipline, operational compliance, and efficient utilization of resources across all clinics.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure timely cash reconciliation, cash deposits, and verification of daily collections.
· Conduct periodic stock audits of pharmacy, optical, clinic consumables, and fixed assets.
· Identify inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
· Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, invoice verification, and payment coordination.
· Monitor clinic-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and recommend measures to improve profitability.
· Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOPs, and internal audit requirements.
· Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Procurement, and Clinic Managers for smooth financial and operational processes.
· Prepare MIS reports related to cash, inventory, expenses, and clinic performance.
· Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
· Oversee the day-to-day HR and administrative functions at clinics in coordination with the HR team.
Qualifications & Experience
· B.Com (Mandatory)
· Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) – Preferred.
· 4–7 years of experience in accounts, internal audit, finance, or hospital/healthcare operations.

The Accounts & Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, operational compliance, effective clinic administration, and profitability across all MedoPlus clinics through robust accounting, audit, and control processes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
