Your Role:
- Crack the pricing code – analyze vendor and competitor pricing to keep the category sharp, profitable, and always a step ahead.
- Own the numbers – build and maintain dashboards tracking revenue, margins, AOV, and month-on-month trends across every store and region.
- Decode collection performance – break down margins, sales, and order trends collection by collection to tell us what's working and what needs to change.
- Find the leaks – analyze the conversion funnel, and pair the data with store BM insights and client calls to pinpoint exactly where customers drop off and why.
- Drive pricing action – turn analysis into real pricing and listing revisions that show up on the P&L, not just in a report.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with large, messy datasets and turning them into clear takeaways.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
- Should be AI Native.
- Storytelling with data - can convert a dashboard into a decision, and explain the ‘why’ behind every trend.
- Ground-level curiosity - willing to get on calls with store BMs and clients, not just stay behind a screen.
- Ownership - proactively flags issues and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.
- Communication - able to present findings crisply to vendor management, pricing, and category leadership.
Experience Range:
0-2 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or a category-driven business. Experience working with pricing, store-level P&L, or funnel/conversion data is a strong plus.
Pay Structure:
Fixed Salary: ₹8,000,000 – ₹1,000,000 per annum (8 – 10 LPA)
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹1,000,000 per annum, paid out quarterly (₹25,000/quarter)
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
