Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, review their medical histories, and assess their current health condition or skin concerns.
- Assist doctors and specialists during clinical procedures, aesthetic treatments, and consultations.
- Administer injections, IV therapies, medications, and topical treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Educate patients on pre-treatment protocols, post-treatment care, and prescribed wellness routines.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols for all medical equipment and clinical rooms.
- Accurately document patient vitals, treatment details, and progress notes in the clinic's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Manage clinical inventory, monitor medical supplies, and alert the clinic manager when restocking is required.
- Provide empathetic emotional support and reassurance to patients to ensure a comfortable clinic experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing or GNM).
- Valid and active registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or an aesthetic clinic is a major plus).
- Proficiency in administering IVs, drawing blood, and giving injections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a strict adherence to medical confidentiality (HIPAA/standard privacy guidelines).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
