Job ResponsibilitiesAcademic Video Editing
- Edit recorded classroom lectures and online classes
- Add clean transitions, zoom effects, highlights, and annotations
- Synchronize audio and video professionally
- Remove unwanted pauses, noise, and mistakes
- Add chapter titles and topic headings
Social Media Content Creation
- Create:
- Reels
- Shorts
- YouTube videos
- Motivational clips
- Educational snippets
- Add engaging subtitles/captions
- Create hook-based short-form content
Graphic & Branding Work
- Design thumbnails for YouTube
- Maintain SUNRISE CLASSES branding style
- Add logos, lower thirds, intro/outro, and overlays
- Create promotional creatives when required
Content Optimization
- Export videos in platform-specific formats
- Optimize video quality for YouTube and Instagram
- Maintain organized folder structure and backups
Required SkillsMust Have
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects (basic to intermediate)
- Canva or Photoshop
- Knowledge of:
- Reels editing
- YouTube editing
- Motion graphics basics
- Audio cleaning
- Subtitle generation
Preferred
- Experience in educational/coaching industry
- Understanding of student psychology and educational content pacing
- Basic knowledge of Statistics/Math content handling is a plus
