Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to improve our website's organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO analytics. Experience working in an IT services or software development company is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Execute off-page SEO activities including high-quality link building.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and prepare monthly SEO reports.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams for SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Experience working with IT service websites, SaaS, or software companies is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and PPC.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools.
- Experience with Local SEO and international SEO.
- Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
