Social Media ExecutiveAbout the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Communications and Marketing teams to strengthen our digital presence, execute impactful campaigns, and enhance brand visibility across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing social media and marketing initiatives while ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Key Objectives
- Coordinate with vendors for the production and management of ID cards, visiting cards, catalogues, and other branding materials.
- Collaborate with designers to develop marketing and branding collateral aligned with company objectives.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and business decks for leadership and executive meetings.
- Support the marketing team in building and maintaining a strong brand presence across digital channels.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and drive audience engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other relevant channels.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PR activities, and digital campaigns.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer queries, product-related concerns, and media communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the organization's social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and audience-focused content across multiple digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and reach.
- Assist in planning and executing webinars, live events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Basic understanding of customer service and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM practices, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
