We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and managing enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, solution selling, customer relationship management, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Enterprise and Media accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security solutions.
- Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution design.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate internally with technical, pre-sales, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security, System Integration, or related technology solutions.
- Experience selling to Enterprise and/or Media customers is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic understanding of Networking, Cyber Security, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred.
