Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager to drive enterprise product sales and business growth for IBSFINtech’s suite of TreasuryTech solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling enterprise-level IT products or platforms, which is mandatory, with proven experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles. Experience in domestic enterprise sales is essential, while exposure to international markets will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Deal Closure

Own and exceed quarterly and annual ARR / revenue targets across assigned accounts or verticals.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from discovery to contract signature.
Develop and execute account strategies, territory plans, and pipeline management processes.
Structure commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals with ACV ₹50L-₹5Cr+.

CXO & Executive Relationship Management

Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, MDs, VPs, and key decision-makers.
Drive executive-level conversations aligned to business outcomes, not just product features.
Engage CXO networks proactively to generate strategic opportunities and referrals.
Represent the company at industry forums, CXO roundtables, and leadership events.

SaaS Sales Expertise

Apply deep understanding of SaaS sales motions: land-and-expand, value-based selling, MEDDIC/SPIN.
Articulate SaaS ROI, TCO, and business value clearly to both technical and non-technical buyers.
Manage subscription, licensing, and renewal negotiations with commercial acumen.
Collaborate with pre-sales / solution consultants to craft compelling demos and PoCs.

Pipeline & Forecasting

Maintain a healthy 3x+ pipeline coverage and provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts.
Leverage CRM such as Salesforce / HubSpot for pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and reporting.
Identify whitespace opportunities within accounts for upsell and cross-sell motions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing for ABM campaigns, events, and demand generation programs.
Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce churn risk.
Provide market intelligence and product feedback loops to Product and Leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue quotas.
Demonstrated experience managing CXO / C-suite relationships across large enterprises.
Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, and Value Selling.
Experience in deal cycles of 3-12 months involving multiple stakeholders and procurement.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience selling across industries including BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, IT/ITES, and Large Corporates.
Exposure to SaaS platforms in areas such as ERP, HRMS, CX, Analytics, or Security.
Existing network of CXO-level contacts across mid-market and enterprise segments.
Experience scaling from individual contributor to player-coach / team lead capacity.
Ability to craft executive-level presentations, business cases, and commercial proposals.
