Sales & Marketing Coordinator
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team with CRM management, customer follow-ups, sales coordination, MIS reporting, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers
- Prepare MIS and sales reports
- Handle customer follow-ups and inquiries
- Provide back-office and administrative support
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
