Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to oversee core HR operations, including payroll management, attendance tracking, hiring, and employee administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable managing both office and factory workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payrolls, attendance, and leave records for all employees
- Handle hiring, job postings, and onboarding
- Maintain employee data, documentation, and compliance records
- Support day-to-day HR operations and workforce coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (manufacturing experience a plus)
- Strong communication and Excel/reporting skills
- Knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
