Coordinate with Site and Project Engineers for smooth execution of site activities.
Obtain required permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment within budget limits.
Execute work as per project schedule, monthly plan, and weekly plan.
Plan construction activities and intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
Procure materials and equipment and monitor stock availability.
Supervise labourers and mechanics, provide guidance, and ensure work quality.
Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports.
Prepare and submit client documents in prescribed formats, including BBS.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at site.
Submit DPR, TBM, and other site-related documents on time.
Prepare monthly site bills and follow up until payment is received.
Handle client coordination and communication effectively.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
1 to 2 years of experience in site or construction project execution.
Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and site coordination.
Experience in BBS preparation, billing, and quantity-related documentation.
Familiarity with DPR, TBM, and site documentation processes.
Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.
Strong team coordination and labour management skills.
Good client management and communication skills.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Flexible to work and handle site-related responsibilities efficiently.
