Job Title: AC & HVAC Technician (Junior to Mid-Level)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AC & HVAC Technician to join our team in Bengaluru. You will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial climate control systems. This role requires on-site visit flexibility across the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Install split, window, cassette, and VRF AC systems.
- Inspect HVAC systems for electrical or mechanical faults.
- Perform routine servicing, chemical washing, and deep cleaning.
- Troubleshoot compressor, fan motor, and PCB circuit issues.
- Repair gas leaks, braze copper pipes, and top up refrigerant.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily service calls and repairs.
- Educate customers on proper system operation and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: ITI certification or Diploma in RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year handling residential or commercial HVAC systems.
- Technical: Strong knowledge of gas charging (R32, R410a, R22) and wiring.
- Tools: Proficiency with multi-meters, vacuum pumps, and manifold gauges.
- Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Language: Fluency in Kannada and basic English or Hindi is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
