Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing marketing materials that help promote real estate projects, properties, and the company brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design property brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, and digital marketing creatives.
- Develop branding and marketing assets for residential and commercial projects.
- Edit photos and create attractive property presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and professional quality.
- Deliver creative projects within deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools.
- Experience creating marketing materials for real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
