About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Student Support Executive to assist students throughout their admission journey and ensure a seamless support experience. This role involves handling student inquiries, maintaining admission records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting enrollment operations while delivering excellent service standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good analytical ability, and proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Support & Coordination
- Respond to student inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, fees, and university programs
- Guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process
- Maintain high student satisfaction and service quality standards
Admissions & Data Management
- Track admissions and maintain updated student records in the system
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups with prospective students
- Coordinate documentation and application processing activities
Team Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between students and internal departments
- Coordinate with admissions, counseling, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Reporting & Analysis
- Create reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Maintain and update student interaction records in the CRM system
- Generate regular admission and support reports for management review
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (English fluency required)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage student data, reports, and coordination tasks efficiently
- Focused, dedicated, and eager to learn
- Proactive team player with strong attention to detail
