The Opportunity:
UST is seeking a Business Manager to support business operations for a global engagement. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive reporting, communications, and operational excellence, requiring strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills along with availability to align with Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business operations, planning, and coordination for the assigned engagement.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain business reports, dashboards, and metrics using advanced Excel.
- Develop clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials for leadership and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and drive follow-through to closure.
- Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across levels and geographies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of processes, decisions, and business updates.
- Maintain overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours to support real-time collaboration with US-based teams.
Required Skills:
- BE, BBA, MBA (Master of Business Administration) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, formulas, pivot tables).
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for building polished, executive-level presentations.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in alignment with the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
Desired Skills:
- Engineering background or technical degree is preferred.
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise engagements.
- Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with business operations tools and reporting systems.
Qualification:
- MBA required; engineering or technical undergraduate background preferred.
- 2 Years relevant work experience in business management, operations, or program management role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-cultural environment.
