Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: Hotel Three Seasons
Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation. This role is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Manage room reservations (phone, email, walk-ins)
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room availability
- Maintain guest records and billing accuracy
- Process payments (cash/card)
- Promote hotel services and upsell when appropriate
Requirements:
- Graduate in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of front office or customer service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts
