Job Description

Netstratum is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Test Engineers to join our QA team.. You will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team focused on Unified Communication Systems and AI. Most of these products are used by Tier-1 telecom providers, enterprises, and government organizations. Netstratum follows an Agile development process with quarterly PI (Program Increment) events, regular training, and continuous learning opportunities through the STEPS program for employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for efficient test management and traceability.
Demonstrate expertise in different types of testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test scenarios.
Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities to organize and track testing progress effectively.
Identify, record, and meticulously document bugs to track issues and collaborate with the development team for prompt resolution.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Manual testing, with a proven track record of utilizing JIRA/ADO for managing test cases and test execution.
Strong experience in quality assurance processes and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development and Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC).
Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with any performance testing tools will be a plus, showcasing a commitment to optimizing software performance and user experience.
Experience in handling client calls, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills for project communication and collaboration.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring thorough testing and accurate bug reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A passion for delivering high-quality software solutions and a dedication to continuous improvement to streamline testing processes and enhance project efficiency.
