What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability targets. Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. Drive innovation in cargo handling processes, equipment utilization, and logistics solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with port authorities, shipping companies, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team to deliver exceptional results. Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and position the company as a leader in the bulk cargo handling industry. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations.
What You'll Bring
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in shipping, port operations, or bulk cargo handling. Strong understanding of port operations, cargo handling equipment, and maritime logistics. Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. A track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
