Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Siliguri and Kalimpong. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract prospective students, maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering presentations at educational institutions, counseling students on course opportunities, and managing marketing campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with local teams to achieve enrollment targets and representing IIHM at education fairs and related events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for prospective students and stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in using technology for maintaining customer records and communication
- Willingness to travel and maintain flexible working hours when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus
