Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations
* Manage production manpower and allocate work efficiently
* Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning
* Monitor product quality and maintain manufacturing standards
* Maintain production reports and documentation
* Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store departments
* Ensure proper safety practices and discipline on the production floor
* Handle machine utilization and minimize production downtime

Pay: ₹18,140.18 - ₹25,000.70 per month
