Job Title: Sales Representative – Luxury Home Hardware Showroom
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at our premium home hardware showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and speak with customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with customers from order confirmation until the material is dispatched.
- Follow up for payments and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations and assist clients with product selection.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and designers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple clients at the same time.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer service.
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, contractors, and site teams.
- Prior experience in sales is preferred. Experience in building materials, interior products, or home hardware will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
