ERPDADDY develops ERP, HRMS, Compliance, and AI-based business solutions for manufacturing and export industries across India. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & HR Intern to support our recruitment and hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Publish and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and joining documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any Graduate.
- Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship experience in HR or Recruitment is an added advantage but not mandatory
