A clinic Manager who can manages day-to-day center operations, drives walk-in and conversion sales, and builds external corporate/doctor/community tie-ups for consistent patient inflow.
Core role summary
- Operations: Oversee daily functioning of the clinic/center, staff supervision, SOP adherence, and patient experience.
- Sales: Achieve monthly revenue and package targets through counseling, upselling, and tracking lead–conversion metrics.
- Tie‑ups: Create and manage partnerships with corporates, doctors, RWAs, gyms, salons, and other channels to generate referrals and camps.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day center activities: roster planning, front office oversight, inventory coordination, and complaint resolution.
- Lead in-clinic sales: handle consultations along with doctors, present treatment plans and packages, close sales, and maintain high conversion and ARPU (average revenue per patient).
- Plan and execute local marketing: health camps, events, social media offers, referral programs, and community outreach.
- Develop tie-ups: meet HR/admin heads, nearby clinics, gyms, RWAs, beauty salons, and influencers; negotiate and formalize referral or wellness program agreements.
- Monitor performance: maintain dashboards on enquiries, show-ups, conversions, package renewals, and tie‑up contribution to revenue.
Skills and profile needed
- Sales: Strong counseling, objection handling, closing skills, and comfort with monthly targets/incentives.
- Relationship building: Ability to network and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and medical partners.
- Operations & leadership: Experience managing a small team, basic P&L understanding, and process orientation.
- Communication: Clear Hindi/English bengali , presentation skills for meetings and health talks.
- Responsible for overall center operations and revenue, including in-clinic sales conversions and development of external tie-ups (corporate, doctor, and community partnerships) to consistently achieve monthly business targets.
