Experience: 2-5yrs
Backend Development: Design and implement scalable, low-latency, and high-availability applications using Python.
API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL services to connect the application with front-end components and third-party services. Database Management: Create and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and manage data storage solutions.
Code Quality: Conduct thorough unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure application reliability and security.
Collaboration: Coordinate with UI/UX designers and front-end engineers to integrate user facing features with server-side logic.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate SLM/LLM models for NLP use cases
- Work with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA, etc.)
- Develop and optimize NLP pipelines for tasks such as text classification, summarization, NER, QA, and generation
- Implement and experiment with LSTMs, RNNs, and attention mechanisms where applicable Perform data preprocessing, tokenization, and feature engineering for large scale text datasets
- Optimize model performance, latency, and memory usage
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to deploy models into productionStay updated with the latest research and advancements in NLP and generative AI.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Data Science Tools: Familiarity with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn. Asynchronous Programming: Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ for handling background tasks and message queuing. CI/CD: Experience setting up or maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Security: Understanding of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities (OWASP).
Experience with distributed training, model parallelism, or fine-tuning large models Knowledge of quantization, pruning, LoRA, PEFT, or other optimization techniques Experience deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms Exposure to RLHF or instruction tuning Background in MLOps or model monitoring
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
