Job Responsibilities
* Handle international customer inquiries and sales calls.
* Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales/BPO preferred.
* Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
* Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
