Setter Cum Operator – CNC Turning
CNC Operator – Turning (1Nos.)
Machine Details : Gedee Weiler UNITURN 400 H Turn-Mill Center
Controller: SIEMENS
Experience in Siemens CNC controller is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Machine setup and prove out for new jobs
Tool setting, tool offset and wear offset correction.
Program loading, editing and machine operation.
Reading and understanding engineering drawings and GD&T.
Selection of cutting tools, inserts and holders.
Monitoring machining quality and cycle time.
In-process and final inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Daily machine maintenance and 5S activities.
Following quality, safety and company procedures.
Troubleshooting basic machine and tooling issues.
Achieving production targets
Eligibility
ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical) preferred.
Setter Cum Operator: 3–8 years of CNC Turning experience.
Operator: 1–3 years of CNC Turning experience.
Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply for the Operator position.
Experience with Siemens CNC Controller is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
