Job Brief
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Collection Executive to join Av Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our wholesale and retail dhall product sales while ensuring timely payment collections from our clients.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹7,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales and collection targets.
- Allowances: Fuel and travel reimbursement for field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Identify and visit potential wholesale traders, retail outlets, and distributors to promote our dhall products.
- Order Management: Secure consistent orders from existing clients and build new accounts.
- Payment Collection: Actively track outstanding debts and visit client locations to collect payments, ensuring all accounts are settled as per agreed terms.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and wholesalers to ensure repeat business.
- Market Reporting: Provide daily updates to management regarding sales visits, orders booked, and payments collected.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle payment recovery professionally.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler for field work.
- Integrity: High level of honesty in handling cash collections and company records.
