You'll own end-to-end production for the studio's reels, shorts, and podcast output — turning creative strategy into scheduled, budgeted, flawlessly executed shoots. You'll also mentor junior producers and build the systems that let the studio scale its output.
What You'll Do
- Own production planning across multiple simultaneous shoots and formats
- Translate content strategy and briefs into detailed shoot plans and schedules
- Manage budgets, resources, locations, and equipment planning
- Lead on-set production — coordinating anchors, camera, and crew in real time
- Build and improve production workflows and systems as output scales
- Mentor and guide junior producers/interns on production planning and execution
- Troubleshoot production risks proactively (schedule, resource, logistics)
- Report on production efficiency and timelines to leadership
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience producing high-volume video/content production
- Strong project management and organizational skills across multiple shoots
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams
- Calm, decisive leadership under shoot-day pressure and tight timelines
- Track record of scaling production output without sacrificing quality
- Strong communication skills to align creative, technical, and leadership teams
Nice to Have
- Experience producing for a podcast studio, media house, or content agency
- Experience managing a production team or vendors
- Familiarity with production tools (scheduling software, budget trackers)
- A portfolio or track record of shoots/projects successfully delivered
